TERMS OF DELIVERY

Your order is shipped with DHL or UPS. Delivery time within Europe for items in stock from our warehouse in Sweden is approximately one week.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal is fourteen (14) days from the time you receive your ordered goods. After you have notified us that you wish to return the item, the item must be sent to us within 14 days. If the item or packaging is not in the same condition as when we sent it, the return will not be approved, or a price deduction will be made. NOTE! In cases where the product is not returned in the right condition, we can make price deduction of up to 100% of the product’s value.

WARRANTY / CLAIM

We provide a 1-year warranty for our products. Any complaints or claims are usually forwarded by us to the manufacturer. For warranty matters and complaints, please contact us at info.northski@gmail.com

RETURNIG OF GOODS

Returning of an item is possible if:
– It has not been more than 14 days since you picked up the package at the delivery point. – The original packaging remains and is undamaged.
– The product is not used (trying the product is of course ok)
-The product is not damaged
– The product is not modified by the customer
– The product is complete with all accessories

If all the above bullets are not met, the return will not be approved, or a price deduction will be made. Before returning an item, please contact us at info.northski@gmail.com and explain the reason why you wish to make a return. When return is approved, we send a return slip that is used to return the item to us.

All returns must be sent with the same packaging the item was delivered in. If the return is approved, we will refund the money for the item to the specified account.

If the item is damaged the customer must contact to North Ski AB and report the issue within a reasonable time after the damage was discovered. North Ski AB rectifies the damage at its own expense if it can be done without unreasonable cost or inconvenience to North Ski AB. In other respects, reference is made to the provisions of the Consumer Purchasing Act.

Transport damage must be reported to DHL or UPS and to North Ski AB via e-mail info.northski@gmail.com on the day of arrival of the delivery.
